FLOWZONE RETURN POLICY

POLICY OVERVIEW

We strive to make every customer experience as enjoyable as possible. Under certain conditions, a sprayer may be returned for a refund within thirty (30) days from the date it was purchased. For a return to be accepted, it must comply with the Policy Details below. PURCHASE CHANNELS

This policy is specific to products purchased directly from the FlowZone website (fzspray.com) and FlowZone Products on Amazon.com. For products purchased from an authorized distributor (including distributors selling on Amazon), their return policy applies — please contact the distributor directly for more information.

POLICY DETAILS

WESSOL, LLC only accepts returns on new, unused items unless otherwise approved by WESSOL, LLC. Customers have thirty (30) days from the Date of Purchase to request a refund. Only products purchased from the channels mentioned above may be eligible for a refund from WESSOL, LLC.  

PRODUCT EXCHANGES

Unused products may be exchanged for another of equal or greater value. Customers have up to thirty (30) days from the Date of Purchase to request an exchange. Customers will be responsible for any differences in pricing and shipping costs incurred. To initiate an exchange, complete the form below and select “Exchange” as “Reason for Return”.

RETURN PROCESS

To request a return, please fill out the form below. If approved, a member of our Warranty team will reach out with instructions for returning the items. Items must be returned in their original packaging.  In most cases, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred. The customer may select a shipping carrier of their choice.

REFUND & FEES

Once our warehouse receives and processes the returned items, a refund will be applied to the original method of payment. Refunds can take 5-10 business days to appear in the account. Mandatory processing and re-stocking fees will be taken out of the refund amount.

EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS

All refunds will be made to the original form of payment. WESSOL, LLC does not offer store credit or gift cards. Refunds are exclusive of initial shipping costs from when the products were purchased. No refunds will be processed for products past the initial thirty (30) day return period. WESSOL, LLC does not price match with distributors or competitors.
